Along with Hester Prynne, Evansville, IN’s very own Aegaeon. The midwest-based quintet has been burning up America with back-to-back tours all year and it shows, they’ve got a tight, cohesive stage show. They play some great death metal and Jim, the band’s vocalist, has an in-your-face stage presence and loves to interact with the crowd while atop his custom-built light box. Bridges and segues are frequent, giving everyone time to pit as much as they please. A great bunch of guys, they’re continuing touring throughout the rest of the year, predominantly in the midwest.
