All Hell Breaks Loose at Churchill’s on 2010-12-11
All Hell Breaks Loose are epitomic of South Florida’s brand of hardcore from the early 2000s. They mix elements of hardcore, metal, and real metalcore into their songs with hard abrasive yet melodic tracks. With three guitarists at the helm, their aural punch is through the roof, with more than ample bass- and drum-back low end to compliment it. Add in an exuberant and high energy vocalist and you’ve got a recipe for some pain. Their set was just off the wall and everyone was going crazy; since I had to stand at the stage’s edge, it made shooting the show a bit more dangerous due to all the stage diving but that was part of the rush and the fun. While they don’t play often, when they do, it’s not a show to miss.
