Hardcore stalwarts BANE have helped to shape the scene for nearly two decades and can be considered legendary. They’ve not only helped further and strengthen the early straightedge scene but they’ve gone on to help solidify and progress hardcore as a whole. The ever touring band has a reputation for putting on shows on par with the brutality of their albums and it’s completely true. The whole venue simply explodes into a giant mass of bodies, some pitting, some circle pitting, and others flying through the air. Almost everyone will have a good time rocking out and enjoying some of the best hardcore the scene has ever produced through its tumultuous history. This is another one of those storied and “big” bands that I’ve been so lucky to see and experience what they love to do.
