A blistering choral segue

Out of Miami is Between Fact And Fiction, a metalcore quintet whose aim is to rock and have fun. Their music helps to promote this by being constantly upbeat and a little less metal and a bit more pop. Its origins as something heavier are still there — growled/screamed lyrics, heavy breakdowns — but much of it has been supplanted by lighter fair aimed at their core demographic of female fans who may not like heavier music like Lady Musgrave. While their set was cut a bit short due to some technical difficulties, they definitely came and rocked out and danced.
