I headed down to Pembroke Pines, FL on 1 May 2010 to a huge metal/hardcore show at The Talent Farm. I’d never been there but I’d seen their previous show listings and they had some killer shows with a lot of up and coming bands in the scene. Tonight’s show was a strictly locals only, no touring band show. I got there just in time for the beginning of Lady Musgrave‘s set. They are one of Ft. Lauderdale’s heaviest death metal bands that I’ve seen in years, probably since I last saw Into The Moat about 5 years ago. Their set was extremely high energy with massive breakdowns and some great vocals from Troy and killer fretwork from both Coco and Gregg. Definitely looking forward to seeing these guys again later this month!
