Palm Beach Rollergirls Debut Bout at Skatezone on 2010-07-24

The last week of July was the first roller derby debut of the Palm Beach Rollergirls. Roller derby is still fairly unknown in this part of the state but you would not know it by the sheer number of people that showed up for this bout against the South Florida Roller Girls, who were some serious competition. However, Camille and her girls performed quite well and no one was seriously injured. Since then, they’ve had another bout in Daytona Beach against the Sintral Florida Derby Demons which was another great match from what I understand.

The PBRG will be having their next home match in October I believe and I will hopefully be there to shoot and cheer on my girls!
